His expertise spans critical sectors like defence, finance, energy, and IT.

Starting his career as a Program Analyst at Tata Motors, Shankar Aggarwal quickly progressed to the IAS, where his impactful leadership earned him accolades and a Lifetime Achievement Award from IIT Roorkee. Even after his IAS tenure, Shankar Aggarwal has continued to shape industry standards as an Independent Director at organizations such as Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited and Dish TV India Limited, and as Chairman & Independent Director at RIA General Insurance Limited.

In addition to his directorial roles, Shankar Aggarwal serves as a Consultant for Systra MVA Consulting (India) Private Limited and as Chancellor at Sushant (Ansal) University, Gurgaon. His unwavering commitment and innovative mindset perfectly align with the values of Ikeda Ltd.

At Pipal Research, he grew the company from a two-person team to a 400-strong workforce before its acquisition by Crisil, an S&P Company. In 2011, he co-founded a private equity fund and later joined Strongbox Ventures, where he continues to support early-stage ventures with strategic guidance and capital investment.

Ramesh’s insights are instrumental in shaping Ikeda Ltd.’s strategic direction. His ability to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive growth is unparalleled.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, in 2011, he co-founded a private equity fund for investments. By April 2012, he became an advisory and investor member of Strongbox Ventures, which accelerates early-stage ventures through strategic input and capital investment. Additionally, Ramesh Jain has worked on projects for the World Gold Council as the Financial and Operations Controller for Unison 13x.

MD Soukat drives innovation at Finkeda as the Chief Technology Officer. He is an experienced Fintech and e-Government technology expert who is passionate about creating high-availability (HA) platforms. With more than 17 years of expertise, Mr Soukat has created scalable solutions for both banking and non-banking institutions, concentrating on cutting-edge technology, secure payment processing systems and financial products that adhere to regulations.

MD Soukat has over eight years of experience in Fintech and nine years in e-Government. He has also been instrumental in the design of RBI-regulated PPI wallets, RUPAY prepaid cards, QR issuance and MATM/MPOS systems. Under his strategic direction, financial services and governance applications benefit from smooth technological integration, regulatory compliance and creative solutions.

Having completed a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and KICIT-Maharashtra, secure transaction systems and payment switches are just a few of the areas in which Mr. Soukat specialises. During his early career, he developed financial systems that enabled large-scale operations, improved software design and contributed to important government projects.

His dedication to security and innovation gives his Finkeda a significant competitive advantage. His proficiency in developing mobile devices and e-Government apps has allowed financial institutions and government agencies to streamline operations with safe, expandable solutions.
